Do I need a monthly maintenance package?

This is entirely up to you and how comfortable you feel maintaining your own website. It is crucial that you keep everything updated and monitored to ensure that your website stays unaffected by potential errors. If you feel you may not have time to keep an eye on things, it might be a good idea to invest in a monthly plan.

Am I locked into a Contract?

No, you may cancel your monthly maintenance package at any time. Services will end at the time of cancellation.

What is included in the maintenance report?

Each month you will be emailed a report that will include details about the updates that were completed, optimizations, backups, security scans and analytics data.

Do you guarantee that my site won’t get hacked?

We can’t make such guarantees, however, the practices we put in place make it much less likely.

What is included in Support Time?

Support Time is included in the Standard and Plus packages. You may use your Support Time for various updates such as changing photos, making graphics, adding content, or adding a blog update. If you have changes that need to be made that exceed your monthly Support Time, additional charges may apply. Support Time does not roll over to the next month.
